Welcome to Diepenbrock Basketball School!
Diepenbrock Basketball School is a summer basketball camp geared toward boys in 2nd-8th grade. We call it a school because it is dedicated to teaching the game of basketball. Our camps are held in the Palo Alto High School gymnasium.
Peter Diepenbrock was born and raised on the Peninsula and has been coaching basketball (Palo Alto High School 1997-2008 and Cañada College 2008-2011) for 25 years.
Diepenbrock Basketball School, formerly Palo Alto Basketball School, is in its 16th year of existence.
DBS is dedicated to the development of every youth player of all skill levels. For the 16 years DBS has taken special pride in teaching all aspects of the game of basketball to all of its participants. Our biggest strength is the individual attention given to every player. We are committed to keeping camps small and player-coach ratios low.
DBS also prides itself on attaining the perfect combination of skill work and game playing so your child will have fun while learning.
We have a core group of coaches who have been with us for many years consisting of local youth coaches and Coach Diepenbrock’s former high school and college players.
